Referring is simple

Send the order.
Fax or submit your patient's prescription and demographics.

We verify coverage.
We confirm eligibility and benefits directly with the payer and obtain any required referral or authorization.

We take it from there.
We walk your patient through their pump options and any out-of-pocket cost, then ship to her door or set up a showroom pickup. Orders typically ship 3–5 business days after insurance is verified.

What do you need from our office to process a referral?
signed prescription, patient demographics, insurance card copy, estimated due date.
How quickly will my patient hear from you?
Our team will reach out either same day or the next business day to ensure they are taken care of.
What if my patient's plan isn't on your in-network list?
We'll contact the carrier to check eligibility. If we can't serve her, we'll point her toward a supplier who can.
Will my patient have an out-of-pocket cost?
Many patients qualify for a fully covered pump. If she chooses an upgraded model, she pays only the difference between her plan's allowable amount and the pump's price. We confirm this with her before anything ships.
Can patients get replacement parts and milk storage bags?
Depending on their plan, patients may be eligible for replacement parts and storage bags. We'll check during verification.
Can we get leave-behind flyers for our office?
Yes. Call or email us and we'll drop off a supply.
