I placed an order. What happens now?
Congratulations, and welcome to the Luxe Mother Co family! We're so excited to help you get set up with the perfect pump. Here's what happens next: our team will reach out to your insurance provider to verify your eligibility and coverage. Once we hear back, we'll contact you directly to let you know which pumps are fully covered at no cost to you — and if any of your preferred options come with a small out-of-pocket cost. Can I return my breast pump?
Great news — we only partner with manufacturers known for outstanding return and warranty support! If your pump isn't working quite right, reach out directly to the manufacturer's support line, found right on your pump's packaging. They're the experts and are ready to help troubleshoot or replace it. If you've received a pump from Luxe Mother Co and it's simply not the right fit for you, give us a call at210-363-5033or fill out our contact form, and our team will reach out to help find a better solution.
Can I order more than one breast pump?
The Affordable Care Act requires that mothers be provided one breast pump per pregnancy through insurance. When it's time for your next little one, we'll be here — just reach back out and we'll check your eligibility again.
What's an insurance upgrade fee?
Every insurance plan sets an "allowable amount" — the maximum they'll reimburse toward a breast pump. The good news? We carry pumps to fit every mama's budget. If you fall in love with a pump that's a step up from what your insurance covers, you're only responsible for the difference between your plan's allowable amount and the pump's price — never the full cost.
